We restart the organisation of our 4th
“mythical” free ride competition which this year will take
place during the Easter holidays, from Wednesday 12th
to Saturday 15th April 2006. |

THE COMPETITION
Italy's first competition reserved for off-piste enthusiasts, a
festival for anything that "slides", from ski to snowboard
to telemark.

THE
AIM
To finish in the shortest possible time and using various means
(ski, snowboard, telemark), two heats of off-piste racing, in one of
the Alps' most fantastic off-piste areas, MONTEROSA
SKI
Two heats:
- 1st Colle Salati-Pianalunga
(dif. 1100 mt)
- 2nd Punta Indren-La
Trinité (dif. 1500 mt)
all in the same day ... |

THE PARTICIPANTS
Anyone who feels up to facing such a thrilling challenge: over
eighteens only, with all the necessary protective equipment (helmet, ARVA
avalanche search equipment, shovel, probe) but above all, with the
necessary preparation and courage.

 THE
FESTIVAL
A hangar will be set up to provide shelter for the participants
and spectators in the hours of relaxation and preparation for the PALARIDER
event. Here, from Friday afternoon, the riders will gather to sample
culinary specialties and to sip a beer, exchanging their impressions
on the circuit and enjoying some good music until late into the
night.
